Kaspersky not installing after windows 10 update

Hello,
 

Today I allowed Microsoft to update and it somehow removed my KasperSky. Since then I have attempted to reinstall it but each time I do this it's installing something called KasperSky connection secured.
 

I want to access my copy of the Kaspersky Total Security Multi-Device and have downloaded it but it never shows on my computer. On your website under my account it’s telling me I'm secured yet on my computer it's nowhere to be found.
 

I can not locate the GUI or anything it’s totally hidden. Not only this but your software has forced me to remove Malwarebytes so I'm now totally unprotected. Please advice urgently!

Just to let you know I fixed the issue by removing the device via my account and adding a new one. Thanks so much for the support though, thankfully it’s all fixed up now.
