KASPERSKY NO ME DEJA CANCELAR MI SUSCRIPCIÓN AUTOMÁTICA

El año pasado compre mi licencia por 3 dispositivos, este año solo me interesa uno y quisiera cancelar mi suscripcion automática pero en la cuenta no me deja, nisiquiera sale el ícono al que según le tengo q picar para cancelar. Esto es muy chafaaaa, y un robo total
