Kaspersky Next Management Console Confusion, Help!

I have some issues activating my

- Actually we have deployed Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Pro and the endpoints on our PCs

- We have bought the new Kaspersky Next EDR Foundations license, and we want to try it on our account before migrating every Pcs

But i cannot activate it in our Kaspersky Business Hub as u see in the attached file screenshot

How do i activate ANOTHER workspace? Is it possible?
How can i use Kaspersky Next Management Console instead of Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud? Are there different links?

I am a bit confused now...

or i should use Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console??

we are using the SAME account email for both licenses

Hello Alex,

the cloud platform view will not change using Kaspersky Next Foundation. When receiving the Next License you just open your workspace. When open change to the Information area and select "License". Enter your new Activation code of Kaspersky Next and re-login to the console. The difference then is you see "Kaspersky Next" in the upper left overview on top of your Workspace name.

If this will not work as expected open a ticket with technical Support and provide the following information there (please not here):

- WID: [Workspace ID)
- UID: [Login ID, Email]
- Srv: [Server connecting to like  sXXX.cloud.kaspersky.com]
- the new Activation Code

Hello JL - KL DACH

As u can see i have NO OPTION to enter license at all, i have received the license email with pdf but no link to the workspace, i think will open the ticket.
