Kaspersky Network Monitor not working [Closed]

With update to Windows 10, Kaspersky 19 Network Monitor has stopped working. Screen comes up with no indication of network traffic. What can I do?

1. Would you mind posting of an image of the KIS "Network monitor that's stopped working" please?
2. Please go to Kaspersky application, select More Tools, in Tools window select Reports, in Reports window, select Detailed Reports, look for the events that match your post "Network Monitor", select 24hrs or 7days, select Export, export report, save as a .txt file, upload using "upload" icon, in your reply please?
