kaspersky makes chrome lagging and slow

I have 1GB internet speed and after I install kaspersky. Chrome starts to lagging and slowndown. When I turn on the VPN, it helped a little bit and then start to lag and slow down again. I searched over the internet how to fix this problem but there is no direct solution for this. Also, Netflix doesn't like the VPN and when I turn off the VPN, the brownser get very slow and lagging which just make me to uninstall the kaspersky software. Also, VPN also impact game experience like League of Legend. This is very annoying!
