Kaspersky LOCKED every time computer shut down

For past several days now, every time computer is shut down, Kaspersky requires log in with password to “UNBLOCK”.  What can I do to eliminate that requirement?

KTS usually does not ask for a password.
Can you please check if the prompt is from the password manager?

• To unlock/change the current password → use KLAPR, Kaspersky password reset tool; follow the documentation carefully. 
• KLAPR tool must be run with Windows in Safe Mode. 
• After you’ve reset the password, you may choose any password you wish or not have a password at all.
