Kaspersky Lab Laucher: TOO MUCH CPU!

Some days ago, the Kaspersky Lab Launcher (KLL) started consuming extremely high CPU rates with no apparent cause.

I have scanned the computer, and everything is OK.

My version is updated: 21.3.10.391 (i) 

My computer: i9-7900k w/64Gb RAM

Sometimes, KLL consumes 20-30% for many minutes!

Why is it happening and how to fix this?
