Kaspersky Kills my Audio Drivers?

Running the newest version of Kaspersky Total Security

OS: Windows 10 / 20H2 (OS Build: 19042.1083)

 

Whenever I install Kaspersky it breaks all of my audio. In the device manager I get “Error 39” which from my own research means that my audio drivers are corrupt however whenever I uninstalled Kaspersky my audio came right back. What is Kaspersky doing that is breaking my audio and how do I get around this? I’d love to use Kaspersky while keeping the ability to use my computer.

I uninstalled it because it broke my audio. Are they stored anywhere?

I installed Kaspersky my audio stopped working. I uninstalled Kaspersky audio came back I don’t really suspect anything. I have used kaspersky on and off and never had a problem but I think I’ll go back to … another antivirus ... Thank you for your help.
