Kaspersky issue while scan. while try to del windows says “Distored Image”

Hi everyone, as u can see i have big problem. Firstly kaspersky can find virus at my pc but while try to del windows says “Distored Image” (btw still scaning pc) and taking restart. I didnt understant, after restart looks like everything is fine but i worried about it so can some one help me
