Kaspersky is showing many virus in kali linux iso file

Why kaspersky internet security is showing many trojans and malicious tools in my kali linux iso file when doing a full scan?

I had downloaded the iso file of kali linux from its official website.

plz help as I dont no what to do. Is kaspersky showing false viruses or is it truly having viruses in that iso file?
