Kaspersky is not blocking Youtube Ads - Firefox Chrome

Hi!!

I got a problem… kasperksy is not blocking Youtube Ads. I Create ticket N° INC000012837407 (20/05/2021) and send all the info needed. The support only reply me “We are waiting an analysis from Russia”. Can u help me? Support isnt good in this issue.

 

I already:

Reinstall Plugin

Reinstall Kaspersky Internet Security

Run GSI and send all the info to Support
