Any help would be much appreciated!! In the last few days, Kaspersky Internet Security has been giving me several errors. It is flagging one file as corrupted, but the system file checker has found nothing, and another is saying an object is not being processed.  

This is the first error,

Today, 5/4/2021 9:12:40 PM;E:\;Not processed;Object not processed;;;File;E:\;;Not processed;;;;DESKTOP-BBOCAVG\Football;Active user

 

This is the second error,

Today, 5/4/2021 9:04:01 PM;C:\Windows\Temp\{FA768BE1-6D81-4D96-96B3-041FA1A13A60}\kpmwin9.0.2.767.0.0.0\bases.cab\Data\wnstat2.xms;Corrupted;Object corrupted;;;File;C:\Windows\Temp\{FA768BE1-6D81-4D96-96B3-041FA1A13A60}\kpmwin9.0.2.767.0.0.0\bases.cab//Data;wnstat2.xms;Corrupted;;;;DESKTOP-BBOCAVG\Football;Active user

I haven’t heard from support and am getting concerned. Thanks for your valuable time.

  1. When did you log an incident with Kaspersky Technical Support - date & time? 
  1. Did you receive an automated email response with an INC+12 digits reference number?
