Kaspersky Internet Security Licence Renewal, DR increase. [Closed]

I have been using KIS for over 10 years.

In 2018/19 I purchased a two device licence from Kaspersky Lab for GBP 19.99.
Recently (October 22nd) Digital River Ireland invoiced me for Kaspersky Internet Security Quantity 1 at a Total of GBP 39.99.
There is a considerable increase in price.
Kaspersky Lab themselves appear to be offering the product at a lower price.
Other deals are visible on the internet.
No indication the number of devices protected.
There are a few weeks left before my current licence expires.
No prior warning.
(Even the DVLA (UK, Driver and Vehicle Licencing Authority) has the courtesy to give advanced warning of expiry.)

I think this is very sharp practice and reflects very badly on an an excellent product.

Thanks for your advice. I have cancelled Auto Renewal and will look closely at my bank account to see if any debit has taken place from DigiRiv.

At Expiry date I’ll research my options and requirements and maybe take another yearly sub with KL or another AV supplier..

Digital River have STOLEN GBP39.99 from my bank account!

This is OUTRAGEOUS - No Notification and a good THREE WEEKS before the due date.

NOT PLEASED and  now a lost KL Customer

KL I WANT A REFUND PDQ - DO IT NOW!

Go to the Digital River support site and request the refund.

When your license expire buy the renovation wherever you want.

Very happy to report a satisfactory ending to this renewal problem - and thank to all above for their advice.

Digital River have refunded me the renewal fee taken rather prematurely from my bank account.
