My kaspersky internet security blocks sending of images via the Lines application. How do I set up the program? So as not to block sending pictures via Lines

  1. Please read & follow tutorial by @Danila T. Read before you create a new topic!, so we can check the problem making sure we base our information on your information? 
  2. Also, if KIS is exited, do the images send - please post full screen images of when Lines/send images is working & when Lines/send images is not working?

-I have tried disabling kaspersky. I can send images and documents of mine through Lines.
- When I try to open Kaspersky again, I cannot send my pictures or documents. I think this is caused by Kaspersky.

  1. What exactly are we supposed to understand from the image? Is that from your device, when Lines is working? 
  2. Which OS version & build → in Windows Search🔎 , type winver    → press enter, a small popup will show the required information? 
  3. Which KIS version patch(x)?
  4. What type of device is the receiving device, is it also Windows, if “yes”, provide the same 2. & 3. information for that device; if “no”, provide whatever device & KIS information is relevant please?
