2. This looks like known issue, refer topic raised by @DR_NOMAD Kaspersky: ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR on particular sites, the issue is currently in hand with Kaspersky, please see reply from @Igor Kurzin, page 4, as follows:

The issue will be fixed with patch ‘h’, which is scheduled for gradual roll-out starting from 31st of January till 14th of February. 

As a workaround: add the problem sites to exclusions via Settings → Network settings → Trusted addresses → Add.
