Kaspersky Internet Security Activation Code ?

I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) installed in my computers for many years. My KIS is going to expire on 3rd Jan 2024. Last week, I purchased the KIS from Lazada store to renew my KIS. I received the package and noted that the front page of the Activation Card states that the Activation Code must be used before the end of 2022. I am now puzzed if I can still use this new KIS to renew my existing KIS for year 2024.

The Lazada store has rejected my request for a refund of this expired activation card.

“The validity period of the activation code is the period during which you can activate the application with this code. If an activation code has never been applied to a computer, it has an unlimited validity period, unless otherwise stated on the box or website when purchasing”

Similar activation message of small wordings ie "The Activation Code must be used before the end of 2022" is also stated at the back of the packaging box. I have entered this new activation code to my computer and can only know if the KIS will be renewed automatically once the present KIS expires on 4 Jan 2024.

The similar messge of small wordings ie "Activation Code must be used before the end of 2022 is also stated at the back of the packing box. I have entered the new activation code to my computer. I shall only know if the KIS will be renewed with this new activation code when the existing KIS expires on 5 Jan 2024.

Good morning, my Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) is activated and renewed with the subject Activation Card. This KIS will expire on 04-01-2025. May I know if I will continue to receive update of KIS from Kaspersky till 03-01-2025 for my PC protection against software virus, etc.

Thanks for the reply. I undestand that after the license expires on 04-01-2025, the Kaspersky's databased will no longer be updated. 

Please advise during this period ie from now Jan 2024 till 03-01-2025, will my KIS continue to receive database update and protection?

means that your KIS will continue to receive database till 03-01-2025. The confusing fact however  is that your Activation Card states that the Activation Code must be used before the end of 2022 🤔 , anyway If you encounter any problem please contact Kaspersky Technical Support.
