Kaspersky Internet Connection

Hi Expert,

regarding F5 VPN network on Win 8.1, successfully login but there is issue with connection, for example when connect SVN getting timeout, tried at different laptop using AVAST anti virus and manage to update from SVN

installed Kaspersky Internet Security ver 21.3.10.391(k),

added manage exclusion and specify trusted application for C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\TunnelServer.exe & f5vpn.exe

under network settings, added trusted addresses for the IP and  trusted application for C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\TunnelServer.exe & f5vpn.exe

any other settings need to apply ?
