Kaspersky Indian VPN Server shows US IP Address

I purchased VPN Connection from Kaspersky to connect to Indian Region Servers. But whenever I connect my VPN to Indian Server it shows my IP Address is from Seattle, Washington, USA.

1. Please Read before you create a new topic & provide information? 
2. Is it only India that is showing as another remote virtual server location? 
3. Does the same issue happen in all supported browsers: Firefox, Edge Chromium & Chrome? 
4. Since installing KVPN has the computer been shutdown/powered off & on?

I don’t know now it seems to be working. Previously when I tried it was showing me US Ip Address. Though I cannot access some online streaming websites like www.hotstar.com.

Please change DNS server ?
