Kaspersky has started blocking outlook certificates and one website i've never had issues with

about a month ago Kaspersky started blocking outlook certificates associated with my microsoft live account.  if I bypass the message and continue, I get a series of messages blocking connections.  I will have to screenshot this when next it happens.  My solution is to click "block" on the first warning and I am free to use the program for the day.

also, I have been using www.voicerealm.com for a year.  it is a P2P voice over site.  this morning Kaspersky blocked an SSL connection with an invalid certificate.  I contacted their tech support, and only I seem to be having this issue, so I'm guessing the issue on on my end and not theirs.  I've included a screenshot of the message.

If anyone has any ideas whey Kaspersky is blocking outlook or invalid certificates that seem fine to everyone else, please let me know.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

Please provide versions of Kaspersky product installed.

About Outlook issues, I guess while sending/receiving emails messages, You can try to add both servers to Trusted addressed in Encrypted Connections Settings:

Hello @VonBoo

Also, regarding voicerealm, in (your) error report, the Object name is: click.thevoicerealm.com -> https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=click.thevoicerealm.com - results in: Certificate not valid for domain name

Testing www.voicerealm.comhttps://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.voicerealm.com, results in: Unable to connect to the server.

You may wish to contact their Technical Support again & share this information with them; You may also wish to log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, so a dedicated resource can be allocated to look at it. On the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you🙏
