Kaspersky has detected a malicious object but no option to remove..

Hi this is what has come up on the kaspersky app on my pc

I ran a full scan and there was no threats or anything does that mean there was no trojan and Kaspersky removed it? It doesnt give me the option too..

Any advice please?

Please, provide version of K. product installed.

 

Your K. detected and blocked a supposed malicious site when You were surfing in Chrome. Do You constantly get that detection from K. or it happened once? Only when You surf in Chrome or also with different browsers? (try Mozilla FireFox for example.)

Hi I have Kaspersky Premium and I haven't got the detection again since it happened 8 hours ago or so, it only happened once. I've used edge too and no notification either.

So would you say I'm alright then?
