Kaspersky freeze my file explorer when i select anything file

when kaspersky is running, open my file explorer and i try open anything file but immediately freezed it, i can´t close the window, i can´t close kaspersky, i open karsperky and it show blank screen.

 

When unninstall kaspersky, i don’t have problems, i like the program but i have many problems.

 

someone has the same problem?
