Kaspersky Free suddenly asking for an activation key.

Fresh install is asking for an activation key.

It says that I can't use the free version with this email anymore.

So I just used a new email. But I'm wondering why this change all of a sudden?

Occasionally, if synchronization between the Kaspersky Free app & (your) MyKaspersky account is interrupted, during the install process, this error can occur. 

1. For our understanding, was the Kaspersky Free software installed & working ok, for a brief time & then "says that I can't use the free version with this email anymore" happened, or was it not possible to use Kaspersky Free with (your) original email, right from the start of installing Kaspersky Free? 

One solution is to do as you've done, it's the quickest solution, well done?
