I recently reinstalled Windows 10 due to some unrelated problem.

When I changed the temporary folder location from Windows' User Environment Variables settings and click OK, it gave me an error that said something about registry could be broken and could not save. On that message, if I click Cancel it breaks my registry. I dont know the extent of the damage, but I could see the System Variables mostly gets deleted, as well as not being able to open CMD or Regedit afterwards.

After reinstalling win10 again I tried changing temporary folder location after every software I install, and got the same error right after installking Kaspersky. If I click OK on the error message about the registry I can get pass it without any noticable damage (so far). Still I dont know if there are any damages or not and the error it self is worrisome.

Can anyone replicate the issue?
