Kaspersky Free AV blocking voice communication in Rainbow Six Siege

Since a few weeks now, voice chat in Rainbow Six Siege is completely blocked if Kaspersky Free is running. Setting the .exe as an exception and ticking every box doesn't help.

Any tips how to get rid of turning protection off every time you play the game?

Windows Version (Build): Windows 11 24H2 (26100.3624)
Kaspersky Free Version 21.20.8.505

How to reproduce the problem:
1. Make sure Kaspersky Free is running
2. Start Rainbow Six Siege
3. Start any type of Match 

Voice chat isn't working, the mute/unmute buttons in the scoreboard are greyed out. 
Kaspersky isn't showing any warnings or issues. 

It now works by excluding RainbowSix.exe and ticking every box (just tested once, might have been pure luck).
I may have to investigate what setting exactly causes the issue.

Just set "RainbowSix.exe" as a trusted application and tick every box. I don't know which setting exactly made the difference but you can test it out if you want.

this is definitely the solution to the problem, fixed for me.
