1. (both computers) Win 7, version? build? service pack? (open command prompt, type winver press enter)
2. KFree, version? patch(x)? x=letter
3. MS Office version?
4. Is MS Office an installed application?

1. What's been updated? Kaspersky software? If "yes" from which version? If "no", please provide specific "updated" information?
2. Please enable Traces, replicate the issue, turn of Traces, save as .zip, upload the trace logs, using the "upload icon", in your reply?
