Kaspersky fast & secure VPN not working under Ventura 13.2.1

I have re-download the VPN from APP Store and completed installation without any problem but the APP cannot be open.  Anyone having the same problem?  Mine is MACBOOK Pro M1 Pro CPU

Please install latest build of the KSeC from AppStore (3.2.1 version) and check problem again.
