Kaspersky family protection - security cloud android app causing restarts? [Closed]

As the title says. The mobile app Family Protection -- Kaspersky Security Cloud is causing my and my dad’s android phones to go into a restart loop. Mine is a HTC U11 and my dad’s is a HTC One (I believe its m9). I can install the app but once I click to open it, it restarts. Only way to stop the loop is to uninstall it. Still able to use the Internet Security App, so I’m not too worried about it. Just figured report it but I don’t know where to report it.

Thank you for information. Please, try to download and install the latest Kaspersky Security Cloud version available via Google Play, it should be 1.6.0.1143 and check if the problem is reproduced. If you cannot use your device due to the issue you may boot it in safe mode first, uninstall KAspersky Security Cloud application and then install the latest version.
