Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud sync error

Hi All,

 

Today i want to install same on android device. I found and download the app from the website but my problem is that receive syncronization error like in image

At server settings i tried 

- the server addres

- the server adress/companyi id

- only company id

For all receive the same error.

Anyoane any ideea?

 

I using Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud
