Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Slow Download

Every time I download the distribution package of Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud, it takes almost 3 hours. My internet connection is not the problem here because I can download a 1 GB file for 1 hour, but why does this package at the size of 450 MB take too long? Would you like to give us an explanation about this?

Is there anyone who experienced this same issue?

Please help us because we always get complaints from our customers because it is too slow.
