Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud is unusable

After signing up and installing the application, I haven't been able to perform any action in the web console. I have been trying to refresh the page for two hours but even with different browsers it keeps loading and it's unusable. Thankfully I was testing it on my client using my NFR license, I don't see how I could suggest this product to any of my customers. The environment is pointing to the URL https://s102.cloud.kaspersky.com.
