Kaspersky dissapeared. I reinstalled it many times but after restarting it's disappears again.

Hi there,

 

I just realised that I have been a time using my PC without kaspersky, simply because it dissapeared.

I download again total security, I install it, I restart, still not there. I look for it in all the folders, there is no app no nothing. Nothing shows on the task bar either. It’s just not there.

I am using the same version of windows ever since. I haven’t done any changes to the laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad T480).

Does anyone know how to sort this?

Your logs show Kaspersky drivers in System32, and Kaspersky files located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Total Security 20.0\

Thank you. I have sent them the GSI and what you have told me, but no screenshot because there’s nothing to take a picture of, as there is no sign of Kaspersky anywhere.
