Kaspersky detected a game as malware while being the official release

I was about to play F1 2023 from EA Launcher but as the moment i click "play" Kaspersky sends me a notification saying that a trojan has being removed in the game's directory, it was the main file called "f1_2023.exe" while being 40 GB

I do know there are ways for stopping this to happen as adding the file as an exeption but it shouldn't happen anyways

Im using Win10 22H2 x64 Build 1904

Kaspersky Total Security 21.3.10.391 (K)

Any info about this is appreciated ?
