Kaspersky code not showing when trying to update security functions in My Kaspersky

When trying to change security parameters like allowing banners, the system requires me to sign in.  AND it also requests a Captcha code but it does not show one.  So when I enter my password, it repeatedly tells me the Captcha code does not match but the screen does not show one nor does it provide a place to enter one.

Do you have an addon installed in the browser that blocks access to or scripts from Google pages?

Is the problem also with another browser?
