The application language is "hardwired" into the installer. It does not depend on the OS language.

Disable self-protection (Open the main antivirus window >> Settings (gear icon) >> Security settings >> Self-protection >> Uncheck "Enable self-protection" >> Continue.) and unload the antivirus from the system tray,

I found an easier way.

From the Russian site if you choose Latvia, Estonia or Lithuania you don't need to change anything as they have 3 languages to choose that includes English, Russian and their native language.

Actually there is a key to activate Free version

just input it when you install any version of Kaspersky. It will auto transform to Free.

sadly. I am sure it is not allowed to share this specific key in this official forum.
