Kaspersky can't deal with these threats

Yesterday, I received two threat notifications. I clicked on the solve button (as I am using Chinese, it should be solve), and it has been more than 24 hours, but it is still circling.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

 

I see the malware files are inside a compressed file 7z. Check if that compressed file still there. If so, just to delete it manually.

it seems that it has been solved, i didn't do it, kaspersky shows no threat now, and I don't know when they were solved.

Sometimes, if the zip file is too large, there will indeed be problems with slow processing speed and UI delay.

You can empty the software log, exit the software, and reopen it. Compressed packages can be deleted by themselves.
