Kaspersky blocks visual studio projects from running and building [Closed]

When I build and run my project while KIS is on, I get the message that the app can’t run because access is denied. Subsequent builds fail because file access to the output folder is denied. Kaspersky claims that it is a backdoor. How do I stop this? I’m just running tutorials from a book.
