Kaspersky Blocking email to my pc

Hello team am using kaspersky as the protection for my machine and am using window 10 office 365 but some time it's blocking the email I can not send/receive the email but once I disable the untivurous the email flow why this and what is the solution any one can help

Please try this :

Settings → Network Settings → Encrypted connection scanning
→ Trusted addresses  →  Add POP & SMTP → Save
