Kaspersky AntiVirus dleetes DAW Mixbus 32C v8

Hi, I'm on Windows 10 Pro 22H2 at my studio. I use Kaspersky Antivirus 21.3.10.391 (k). I use Mixbus 32 v8 to do audio production. Now Kaspersky deletes the application when it is scanning my plugins list. It works after install but later if try to use it again I don't find the Exe file because it was deleted by Kaspersky. This also happens with Windows 11 at home.

Even with exclusions it deletes it when scanning plugins.

What can I do?

Can you please check if the deleted EXE file has been moved to Quarantine ?

Hi, I cannot confrm the process right now but I remember that everytime this happened the file was moved to quarentine. I tried to restore it from quarentine but it was not possible.

 ⚠️ Only if you trust the object please try this :

• Disable : Performance → PC Speed-up → ⚙️Settings → Perform recommended actions automatically
• Kaspersky will ask you to decide which action to take on detected objects
• Choose  for “Quarantine”
• Restore the  quarantined object
• Create an exclusion rule for the object
• Enable : Performance → PC Speed-up → ⚙️Settings → Perform recommended actions automatically
• Reboot
