Kaspersky Anti-Banner not loading properly

On system startup, noticing lately that Kaspersky anti-banner will be set to “On”, yet I still get ads on some sites, as well as Ads on Google searches. Enabling and disabling it each time will set it to function correctly, but this is extremely tedious. Is this a known issue? I have reinstalled kaspersky as well due to a system wipe, so I know it’s an issue with the program. Any solutions to get it running properly each time again?
