Kaspersky Android app stuck starting

When I open the Kaspersky app on my android phone it's stuck with the message 'Starting Kaspersky Internet Security' and never loads.  I can't uninstall the app as the tamper protection is on.  I have tried resetting the app cache with no success.  Any ideas on how to fix?

2. We’re not clear what is meant by “tamper protection is on”, please clarify this? 
3. Has KIS ever run successfully (before) on the phone? 
4. Does the phone meet KIS hardware & software requirements? 
5. Since installing KIS has the phone been powered OFF & ON? 
6. Was KIS known issues checked before attempting to install KIS?

1. KIS can be uninstalled, with Uninstallation protection ON, as long as you have the PIN code (not the KIS Anti-theft Recovery code) you created → do you have that code? 
2. Phone name, example Samsung, Huawei, ZTE etc & OS version? 
3. Has KIS ever run successfully (before) on the phone? 
4. Does the phone meet KIS hardware & software requirements? 
5. Since installing KIS, has the phone been powered OFF & ON? 
6. Was KIS known issues checked before attempting to install KIS? 
7. Is KIS Premium or Free?
