Kaspersky Analyst never responds to me via email when asked to re-submit for re-analysis

As the title says. Is there an ETA for them to respond to a subscriber's queries? I made sure to be logged into my Kaspersky account this time.

I guess You mean when sending via KOTIP

 

I know there are many other K. users complaining about the same question. I have no answer to that.

 

You may try to send malware via creating directly a ticket to Support from Your My Kaspersky.

 

Additionally, I guess sending malware (compressed with password "infected" without ") to newvirus @ kaspersky . com is still working 🤔
