Kaspersky activation problem

Dear Support Team,

 

I am face some problem to activation, error message shown to maximum user limit. but dashboard showing 0 out of 5 devices protected, so what is the problem actually?

What is the actual error? 

Please read & follow all steps: "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" error.
