Kasp Internet Security 19 & Firefox or Opera, internet stalls 50-60% of the time.

is anyone else having internet stalls 50-60% of the time when browsing with firefox or opera? when i pause kasp. internet security i have no issues surfing. when i check, "do not scan encrypted connections" i have no issues. i am using the latest firefox and opera browsers and my KIS version is 19.0.0.188 f. stalling as in my home page shows then i click on a link or type in a new url and it times out. however, i run a continuous ping command and see i had internet access. msft edge does not have an issue.

1. Is there any other Kaspersky Software in use?
2. If so please provide name/s, version/s
3. May we also know the system operating system, version & build?
4. Firefox version?
5. Opera Version?
6. Is KSC-VPN installed, active at the time the issues are occuring?
7. Are there any errors showing up in KIS Reports?
8. Are there any errors showing up in Firefox logs?
9. Are there any errors showing up in Opera logs?
10. If you run Firefox "Incognito" does the issue occur?
11. If you run Opera "Private" does the issue occur?
12. Is Opera VPN being used when the issue happens?
13. When "@ home page, click on link or type in url, it times out" happens are there any "timeout" msgs displayed or does the page present as blank or, not change from the home page, or ?
14. Do you have images you could share please?
