Kas Security Cloud Free fails to update

I am running the latest version of Kas Security Cloud Free on Windows 10

 

I have the database to update every hour and it NEVER does.

After 24 hours I get a popup notification in Windows Action Center telling me to open KSC. I open it and low and behold…. NO UPDATE

I have the same issue. Updates doesn’t work. No connection to any of the Kaspersky servers. I cannot activate the program either because there is no connection.

The worst thing is that after I installed the latest KSCF and then I uninstalled only Kaspersky VPN secure connection, now Windows 10 updates are no longer working (no connection) and some network connections require a long time to respond.

In my case it was a problem with Router DNS service. Nothing connected to KSCF nor KAV.
