Kapersky software does not completely remove the virus that automatically opens the Chrome browser window

Dear Admin, 

Dear All Friends

 

I have an issue:

- Kapersky software does not completely remove the virus that automatically opens the Chrome browser window

- Everytime when I restart Chrome or Restart  laptop this pop-up will show (Please view on this attachtment)

Please help me to KILL this Virus

Welcome!

1. Reset Chrome to default: chrome://settings/reset
2. Follow all steps in this guide: Kaspersky notification of detection, file or website detected by Richbuff. 
3. Read & follow: How to remove advertising applications from your browser. 
4. At the completion -> run a Full scan, report any errors? 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
