kapersky apparently blocking ECH

encrypted client hello not working as indicated in below 2 sites:

it works in a freshly installed windows 11; not working after installing kaspersky.

This is an issue that Kaspersky still has not fixed, being our Kaspersky running, FireFox will never pass Secure SNI / ECH test.

 

It has being reported last year during beta testing, was reported, proposed and Accepted, but we don't have support yet
