just purchased kaspersky premium. keep on GETTING SAME POP UP MALWARE DETECTED

HI, just bought premium few days ago,been doing deep and normal scans nearly every day, due to email and passwords being compromised, I keep on getting the same popup and every time I try to disinfect and restart the computer as it says on the pop up instructions, its fine after rebooting, but I get exactly the same pop up, last 3 days, does that mean this malware is still here?? how come it cant get RID OF IT? any advice be greatful,thanks in advance.

Kaspersky blocked the malware before it reached your system, please try this ?

• Restart Windows
• Run CMD as admin and perform ' sfc /scannow '
• Install  available Windows updates
