1. Which website was Kaspersky Security Cloud downloaded from, post the URL please? 
2. Have you followed the instructions that show on the image in your post above -> logged in your MyKaspersky account & changed the region to match the download region? IF "yes", what happened? 
3. Has any Kaspersky software been installed on the computer previously? 
4. Is the product: Kaspersky Security Cloud Premium or Free?

Additional: Kaspersky have documented: "Activation code is invalid for this region" error, which is similar, but not actually the same, it may be helpful to read, just to get some extra information. 

Also, https://www.kaspersky.co.kr/home-security, has no Kaspersky Security Cloud.

Kaspersky Global has: Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal: https://www.kaspersky.com/security-cloud or Free: https://www.kaspersky.com/free-antivirus, you may be able to use one of those, apparently the products from the global site can be installed anywhere?
