Issue with KSMG – Deferred Queue Status Due to Lost Connection with Exchange VS

We encountered a problem with our KSMG product where some domains are stuck in the queue with a 'deferred' status, showing the error: 'delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection with @IP[@IP] while receiving the initial server greeting.'

The @IP refers to our Exchange VS

KSMG Exist in Redhat!!
