When my PC (Windows 10) goes into sleep mode or I log off, when I get back online - Im being told that VPN is running and I cannot reconnect to the internet, sometimes for up to 10 minutes or more.  I have to manually go in and turn off VPN and reboot just to get online.  When Im working on a tight schedule, this becomes a frustrating problem.  Also, VPN has switched countries on me while Im in the middle of work.  This freezes my application.  Sometimes I can correct this issue by refreshing, but most of the time I need to reboot and have lost documents because of this. This in itself also a problem, as Google is keeping that info, and the only way to get English to show back up is to go into my google settings and delete location, delete cookies, etc etc etc, then reboot AGAIN, only to be told that VPN is running.  I’ve been using this product for almost two years now and this problem is only getting worse.  Can anyone PLEASE help me resolve these issues?

  1. Before posting a new topic it’s necessary to provide as much information as possible, please use the guide provided by @Danila T. :Read before you create a new topic!
  2. Have Hardware and software requirements been checked? 
  3. Is there any other Kaspersky software installed? IF “no”, is there any AV software installed? 
  4. Has C:Windows\TempC:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Temp been cleared? Note: USER = your name.
  5. Has an Uninstall & clean Install been done? 
  6. Do all the problems you’ve outlined persist if Auto-run options are changed?  
  7. Has a case been logged a case with Kaspersky Technical Support?
